Construction Assessment Permit

Not all construction requires a permit from the Bureau Veritas. In those cases, an assessment permit is required.

Road Bond Application

If township roads will be traveled by vehicles exceeding the posted weight limit, the road must be bonded.

Municipal Approval Form

This form is required for all new construction or changes to existing structures within the township. Usually it is included in the packet from Bureau Veritas as well.
